Q What makes it different from other honey?
A

Raw honey is unheated, additive-free, freshly squeezed, and natural, and has various characteristics depending on the location and season. Most of the honey we normally use is sweetened, heated, or contaminated, and may lose enzymes and vitamins. Raw honey is a precious product that can be consumed in its pure state, making use of the blessings of nature.

Q How much should I eat per day?
A

Although this varies depending on individual health conditions and the amount consumed, it is generally recommended to consume about 1 to 2 teaspoons per day.

Q When should I eat it?
A

Honey can be consumed at any time, but it is most effective when taken on an empty stomach and in a relaxed state, such as before breakfast or before bedtime.

Q Please tell us your recommended way to eat it!
A

Raw honey is delicious on its own, but it can also be mixed with hot water or tea, sprinkled on yogurt or cereal, or eaten with fruit.

Q Please tell me how to store honey!
A

Store in a sealed container at room temperature, away from direct sunlight, high temperatures and humidity. Crystallization does not affect the quality of the product. If necessary, you can dissolve it in a hot water bath.

Note: Enzymes are very sensitive to heat and lose their effectiveness at temperatures above 50°C.

Q Are any food additives or chemical seasonings used?
A

Raw honey is not processed with heat or additives, so it is in its natural state. No chemical seasonings or additives are used.
